1. Carmen Copper Corporation [CCC]: A subsidiary of Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation. The Toledo Copper Mine was originally operated by Atlas between 1955 and 1994. Copper ore was produced from open-pit and underground mines. During its operating life, Atlas processed 604 million metric tons of ore and produced 5.62 billion pounds of copper metal and 1.92 million ounces of gold contained in copper concentrate. Mining was suspended in August 1994 primarily due to low copper metal price in the world market that adversely affected financial cash flow. CCC revived the Atlas operation in 2007, with the rehabilitation of the Carmen processing plant and appurtenant facilities, and the development of the South Lutopan pit. Commercial concentrate production was commenced in September 2008 after a successful 12-month rehabilitation program.

5.  Taiheiyo Cement Philippines Inc [TCPI]: One of the subsidiaries of Taiheiyo Cement Corporation [TCC] - Japan's largest cement manufacturer. TCC acquired the 100% share-holdings of the former Grand Cement Manufacturing Corporation (GCMC) in 2003. GCMC started construction of the plant in August 1991, leading to the start of commercial operation in the last quarter of 1993.
