2. Cebu Business Park: An integrated development and is the premier business district in Southern Philippines. It is the only master-planned business subdivision that integrates the natural environment in a business setting.  It is owned and developed by Cebu Holdings, Inc. Proximate and within the park are major hotels, condominiums and restaurants, many of which are in walking distance.
It is located approximately 3 km from residential subdivisions in the north, and 15 km from Mactan International Airport. The provincial government's office is only a kilometer away while downtown is 2 km away. The park is accessible by private and public from all points of Metropolitan Cebu.

3. Mactan Economic Zone 1: A 120-hectare industrial estate developed and operated by PEZA, it's factories deliver world-class products to the United States, Europe and Japan. Products include watches, semiconductors, electrical equipment, garments and precious jewelry. It started out with 8 companies in 1986.  Twenty-four years later, MEPZ 1 has 148 locators.  This growth reflects the fast-paced economic development that is happening in Lapu-lapu City. 4. Mactan Economic Zone 2: An inspiring example of the growing number of successful partnerships between the Philippine Government and the private sector.
